چکیده
This research aims to present a literature review (LR) on control charts for autocorrelated processes, intending contribute the scientific knowledge of process management area. The article was constructed having question defined ex-ante, elaborated based literature, where protocol adapted from Tranfield, Denyer, and Smart (2003) systematized according methodological rigor demanded in review, which resulted composition corpus. corpus evaluated detail using bibliometric packages HistCite, VOSviewer, package R Iramuteq. It validity 3 laws were verified: Lotka's Law, Bradford's Zipf's Law authors’ citation co-citation techniques. study is considered as relevant original since it first processes. results confirmed classical researched As practical implication, this provides support quality scholars unlock potential gaps. main limitation work refers textual corpus, given that databases national journals not consulted due difficulty terms compatibility software used research.

Control Charts for Autocorrelated Processes : a Review
One of the primary tools used in statistical quality control is the control charts. The standard assumptions that are usually cited in justifying the use of control charts are that the data generated by the in control process are independent and identically distributed. However the independency assumption is not realistic in practice. Data sets collected from industrial processes may have corre...
متن کاملData mining model-based control charts for multivariate and autocorrelated processes
Process monitoring and diagnosis have been widely recognized as important and critical tools in system monitoring for detection of abnormal behavior and quality improvement. Although traditional statistical process control (SPC) tools are effective in simple manufacturing processes that generate a small volume of independent data, these tools are not capable of handling the large streams of mul...

متن کاملDesign of Exponentially Weighted Moving Average Control Charts for Autocorrelated Processes With Model Uncertainty
Residual-based control charts are popular methods for statistical process control of autocorrelated processes. To implement these methods, a time series model of the process is required. The model must be estimated from data, in practice, and model estimation errors can cause the actual in-control average run length to differ substantially from the desired value. This article develops a method ...
متن کاملMonitoring and Diagnosing Multistage Processes: A Review of Cause Selecting Control Charts
A review of the literature on cause selecting charts (CSCs) in multistage processes is given, with a concentration on developments which have occurred since 1993. Model based control charts and multiple cause selecting charts (MCSCs) are reviewed. Several articles based on normally and non-normally distributed outgoing quality characteristics are analyzed and important issues such as economic d...
